  • Having an effective and proven methodology for the development and delivery of strategic change initiatives is often the difference between successful or failed project management and corporate destiny. Jack has worked with a range of project management methodologies.
  • Where methodologies are absent, insufficient or inadequate, we have developed the methodologies required to deliver the project successfully and which have been acceptable to the client. Virtually every project has required at least minor methodology development, while some have required end-to-end development of a suitable and effective methodology.
STRATEGIC PROJECT AND CHANGE IMPLEMENTATION

  • Coles Myer - Officeworks – successfully implemented (regarded as Australian best practice in the Coles Myer stable of companies)
