Example of a Personal Vision

That which will bring me boundless joy:

To be able to enjoy the luxury of ultimately devoting all of my time to:

  • Furthering the concept of the VisionCircle around the world;
  • Furthering the concept of the Collaborative Network;
  • Providing pro-bono counselling & help to people who need and request it;
  • Increasing the time I can devote to my own family Circle and its members.

Key Long-Term Goals

  • To grow the number of VisionCircles and Collaborative Networks in Australia until they exist in significant number in every state and territory;
  • To grow the number of VisionCircles and Collaborative Networks until they exist in significant numbers on every continent;
  • To grow the number of VisionCircles in the world until they generate enough 'graduates' to populate a sufficiently powerful 'collegiate' that will be able to make a difference to the quality of human existence;
  • To be able to personally attend every VisionCircle's 'first selection' anywhere in the world for as long as I am able or until there are too many VisionCircles®;
  • To be able to consistently fill a stadium of 10,000 people by speaking about the VisionCircle concept on every continent.

Key Enablers

Develop the VisionCircle& Network Concepts by:

  • Developing new VisionCircles with people who want to participate, by:
  • Communicating the concept;
  • Communicating the benefits;
  • Getting new members;
  • Developing the structure that will support the VisionCircle Community
  • Public Speaking on the VisionCircle and Collaborative Networks;
  • Publicity & Promotions including regular 'On Air' time;
  • Publishing: 'The VisionCircle Chronicles' and other materials;
  • Investigate the possibility of securing 'sponsorship' of the concept;
  • Embed the VisionCircle concept in community, religious and other organisations;
  • Develop the Collegiate Structure:
  • Develop Collegiate structure and processes;
  • Develop Collegiate philosophy and guidelines;
  • Establish the global Collegiate forum;
  • Develop a revenue stream that will give me the time to devote to my Vision. Key strategies include:
  • Commercialising my web site by incorporating my Management Reference Site Concept with revenues going to the VisionCircle to cover development and other costs of the VisionCircle concept;
  • Directorships;
  • Public Speaking on my professional areas of expertise;
