Collegiate Elections

The VisionCircle Collegiate elections shall be undertaken for the following voluntary and non-paid VisionCircle Collegiate positions:

  • VisionCircle Collegiate President
  • 5 VisionCircle Collegiate Vice-Presidents (one from each continent)
  • VisionCircle Collegiate Secretary
  • VisionCircle Collegiate Treasurer
  • Vice-President - Projects
  • Vice-President - Communications and Public Affairs
  • Vice-President - Policy
  • Vice-President - Member Affairs
  • Vice-President - Political Affairs
  • Vice-President - Administration
  • Vice-President - Operations
  • Vice-President - Human Resources
  • Vice-President - Congress Management

These positions shall represent the VisionCircle Collegiate Executive and Management team. The VisionCircle Foundation President may sit on these meetings at his/her discretion;

The Collegiate may employ non-Executive staff as required and budget permitting;

The VisionCircle Foundation, in conjunction with the VisionCircle Collegiate Executive, may elect to form new layers of the VisionCircle Collegiate based on the number of graduations enjoyed by each Alumni;

Each layer shall have a distinct administrative and communications structure, but all such structures shall fall under the responsibility of the VisionCircle Collegiate Executive;

Each layer of the VisionCircle Collegiate may elect a different project;

Alumni may, at their own discretion but subject to qualification, automatically move to the next VisionCircle Collegiate layer;

An Alumni who enters a 'higher' layer does NOT relinquish the Alumni's 'lower' layer responsibilities, but must maintain both/every layers of involvement and responsibility
