Conduct of a major organization review to improve operational efficiency and profitability. The project involved extensive interviews in all Australian major cities with all senior staff and representative staff in each functional area in each city.

Project target was a saving in excess of $2 million. Recommendations encompassed 92 separate initiatives involving both "quick-win" and fundamental restructuring. Estimated long-term savings exceed $ 20 million.
