We were requested to assist the client in formulating a long term business strategy for the Client company. The Partners within the business had diverse views and needs and required assistance to objectively establish a business direction that was sympathetic to Partner needs and the pragmatic realities of their industry and the market. The project involved meeting with and establishing Partner needs, attitudes to the Practice, preferred work activity, sensitivity to risk, business performance, sensitivity to investment, receptiveness to a higher technological profile, receptiveness and adaptability to change and receptiveness to a variety of growth and change options. In developing strategic options, the project required an analysis and understanding of past performance in terms of income, expenditure and profitability for each of the business's various sites. It also required an understanding of the trends within each of those sites, trends within the various service sectors of their business, and of competitive activity & opportunities. |
