This project was designed to assist the client to identify the cause of falling enrolments and other operational issues.The client had previously undertaken a number of measures and activities to identify the root cause of the issues in question but all attempts had failed.The project entailed the conduct of a range of cross-stakeholder focus groups to identify the key issues affecting enrolments and the probable and/or indicative causes of other organisational problems.The project successfully identified the multi-faceted root causes of the issues in question, and then developed broad corporate-wide strategies to deal with each issue. All recommendations were adopted by the controlling Board of Management of the school and included: Reports from the client eight months after the completion of the project are indicating that all recommendations are fulfilling the expectations held of them and that enrolments have commenced to increase.The project was completed months ahead of schedule and well under budget. |
