JCG were retained to conduct a strategic planning workshop for the partners of one of Australia's largest Chartered Accounting practices. The Practice's managing partner retained JCG.

The review involved interviews with all partners and the surfacing at the workshop all issues and problems that had remained sub-surface and which materially affected the ability of the Practice to manage its affairs.
