Involved in strategy and marketing consultancy. Role very similar to that at Ernst & Young but at a lower level.

Achievements:

A range of client assignments, but highlighted by:
• Seconded to Telecom as National Marketing Manager for their $100 million per annum PABX operations (Advanced Communications Systems). In that time, Jack restructured PABX operations and rationalised stock and product lines. Developed longer term strategy for PABX operations.
• Developed demand management strategy for State Electricity Commission of Victoria.
• Resolved tenancy disputes for the Melbourne City Council.
• Identified errors in statutory annual reporting techniques for Board of Victorian Statutory Authority.
• Developed adopted and praised tourism strategy for the Westernport Development Council.
